Phil Wegener’s Thai Recipes
Ingredients
  • 600g of prawns or chicken thigh fillets
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds (roasted and grounded)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin (roasted and grounded)
  • ½ teaspoon or more of salt
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander Leaves
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons of authentic vietnamese fish sauce (avoid the the smelly fish sauce that is common in western countries)
  • 1 teaspoon of lime zest
