Sriracha-Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
  • 1 large head cauliflower (about 1 ¾ pounds, before trimming), cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons plain rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, plus 4 wedges for serving
  • 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions, white and light-green parts, thinly sliced
  • Handful cilantro leaves with tender stems, for garnish (optional)
