Honey Sesame Broccoli Salad Two Ways
Ingredients
  • 2 heads broccoli florets, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut aminos (or GF soy sauce)
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar (use white balsamic for GAPS, or half ACV half water)
  • 1 to 1¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • ½ cup dried cranberries OR ¼ cup frozen or fresh cranberries, chopped (for GAPS) (optional)
