Keto "Food Court" Bourbon Chicken [Keto, One-Pot, Low Carb]
Ingredients
  • note: Note: this recipe is for 1 lb of chicken. Double or triple the recipe as needed! Most packages of chicken thighs are 2 to 3 pounds.
  • 1 lb - Boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs (If you don’t like dark meat, use chicken tenders instead, but know it won’t be quite as delicious as the original)
  • 2 Tbsp - Sweetener (I use allulose)
  • 2 Tbsp - Sugar-free Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup - Water
  • 1 shot of Bourbon (optional)
  • ¼ tsp - Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp - Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Paprika
  • 2 tsp - Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp - Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp - Avocado Oil
