  • Large pinch (or two) chilli flakes
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 180ml red wine
  • 400g tin plum tomatoes
  • 300g tortiglioni, or similar tube-shape pasta
  • 160g tin tuna in olive oil
  • Small bunch parsley, chopped
