- 330g chicken breast
- 1 chorizo ring, sliced about 3mm thick, (I use the asda extra special spicy one)
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 300g risotto rice
- 200ml Madeira wine
- 700ml chicken stock (I use knorr cubes x 2)
