Ingredients
  • Chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Poultry seasoning
  • Shake of White Pepper
  • 1 to 2 Tb Mustard
  • 1 to 2 Tb honey
Steps
  1. Salt and pepper the chicken thighs. Add to gallon Ziploc bag.
  2. Mix together Onion powder, Paprika, and Poultry seasoning. Sprinkle across chicken thighs in the bag. Squish the seasoning onto the chicken thighs.
  3. Squeeze the mustard over the thighs to moisten. Squish to distribute. Let set to come to room temp.
  4. Preheat an iron skillet in 425 degree oven with about a Tbl of coconut oil, or any high-temp oil.
  5. Bake in oven uncovered until done. Depending on how many thighs you do, about 30 minutes. Don’t overcook.
Notes
  • These grill amazing. If you want stronger flavor, double the recipe.
