  • Let me hear you cheer for Asparagus season is here . So I got this bunch of amazing locally grown fresh Asparagus delivered to my door from @mayfieldfreerangeeggs , if you live in Oxfordshire check them out . This is fantastic to add to your juice and has an array of benefits

  • It is loaded with flavonoids, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals such as magnesium and zinc. BUT the star player here is the antioxidant ✨ASPARAGINE✨ a powerful antioxidant which is a diruetic, which helps dissolve oxalic and uric acid. This is brilliant if you have issues with joints such as arthritis. WHY? Because when these acids build up in the joints symptoms such as arthritis may occur.
