  1. 1. 100 grams of shredded mozzarella melted in microwave.
  2. 2. Mix in 3 tbsp of almond flour and combine
  3. 3. Add 2 more tbsp of almond flour and thoroughly combine.
  4. 4. Spread out in non stick frying pan, cook on low heat, spread sauce and add precooked toppings of choice, cover and cook 3 minutes.
  5. 5. After 3 minutes add cheese and cover until melted.(2 min)
