  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 3 eggs or ¾ cup liquid egg substitute
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree- not pie filling
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
