170 g water, chilled

1 Medium red onion quartered

30 g olive oil

1 bunch silverbeet (stems removed), roughly chopped

200 to 300 g Feta cheese (cubed or crumbled)

2 eggs

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

salt

pepper
