Chocolate Pancake Cake (Shokoladnyi Blinnyi Tort)

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 tbsp (25g) Cocoa
  • 1 Cup (200g) Flour
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream 33%
  • Powdered sugar to taste

  • 4 to 5 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Steps
  1. Mix all the pancake ingredients together, then let it rest for 20 minutes, if a little too thick, then you can add some milk, a tablespoon at a time.
  2. Fry in a well-heated frying pan, and most importantly watch it closely so that it does not burn, pancakes fry quickly.
