  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets

  • ½ cup Cashew Mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard If you like it less tangy, use 1 Tablespoons
  • ½ Lemon Squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
