Transitioning from 80% raw food to Whole Food Plant Based diet (WFPB) ***Cooking without oil and adapting my recipes accordingly***

1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets

2 Tablespoons Garlic powder

1 bunch Green onions Sliced thin

3 stalks Celery Diced

¼ cup Dill pickles Diced

¼ cup Fresh Dill, chopped Use half the amount. if using dry dill

½ cup Cashew Mayo

2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard If you like it less tangy, use 1 Tablespoons

½ Lemon Squeezed

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Pepper
