Charred Cauliflower Sweet Potato Soup

  • 1,15 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or 6 sprigs thyme, stems removed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 6 leaves of lacinato kale, stems removed and finely chopped
