Shrimp and Green Onion Pancakes
Ingredients
  • ⅔ Cup AP Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Cornstarch
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 bunch of Green Onions
  • ½ lb RAW peeled, deveined, tail off shrimp
  • Optional Serrano Pepper
  • I started with about ⅓ cup of cold water and then had to add just a little more to get the batter where I wanted it so dont be shy and add what you need. If you add too much just put a little more flour in to balance it out!!!
