  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon coarse salt
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
