Ingredients
  • 1 orange pepper, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • 1 c. garbanzo beans
  • 1 c. red kidney beans
  • Parsley & mint, chopped
  • ½ lemon, juiced
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Add other spices/herbs to taste.
