I make this dressing dairy free with vegan blue cheese, vegan sour cream, and vegan mayo. Delicious! For a dip, I do not thin it. For a salad dressing I add a non-dairy milk to make it pour better.
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise, try our homemade mayonnaise recipe
  • 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, optional
  • Pinch fine sea salt
  • Pinch fresh ground pepper
  • Milk, buttermilk or water to thin out the dressing, optional
