Cassava Flour Cookies with Dark Chocolate and Cranberries

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup ( 1 stick) butter (or dairy free alternative, if needed)
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup brown sugar, loosely packed
  • 1 large egg 1 egg yolk
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
