Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. crushed garlic
  • ⅓ cup dried bread crumbs
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 4 (6-oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Steps
  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees F.
  2. Stir together oil and garlic in a bowl. In another bowl, stir together bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken into oil mixture, then in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest parts registers 165 degrees F.
