Ingredients
- 1 Epicure Pulled Pork pack
- 1 cup Ketchup
- ½ cup Vinegar
- ¼ cup Water
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 5lb Pork Shoulder or Butt Roast (cut into 4 pcs)
- For serving
- Buns
- Coleslaw mix
Steps
- Prep
- 1.Prepare sauce per directions.
- 2.Place roast in large freezer bag. Pour sauce over meat. Freeze.
- Cook
- 1. Thaw overnight in fridge.
- 2. Place contents in instant pot on high pressure for 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute natural pressure release
- 3.Use two forks to pull roast into ‘strings’.
Notes
- Serve Pulled Pork on top of sandwiches with coleslaw mixed with mayo and lemon dilly or lemon dilly coleslaw dressing
