Ingredients
  • (serves 2) 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ tsp stevia
  • 1 tbsp gelatin (sugar free)
  • 2 tbsp water.
Steps
  1. Directions: Add the coconut milk, cocoa and sweetener to a pan over medium heat and stir with a whisk. Mix the gelatin and water in a small bowl. Add the gelatin to the pan and stir until dissolved. When the coconut mixture is warm, transfer into two small pudding cups or ramekins. Place in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
