My Banana, blueberry, spinach smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 medium banana
  • about 80g blueberries (no raspberries! Not a good combo)
  • 30g mix of oats and oatbran soaked in a dab of milk/water overnight
  • ½ Tbsp ground chia
  • small spoon almond butter - optional
  • dash vanilla
  • about 80g frozen organic spinach or baby spinach
  • kefir/milk/almond milk to the right consistency
  • optional - dollop yoghurt, 1tsp maca

  • I tried with pineapple in place of the blueberries and fresh ginger in place of almond butter and vanilla - not very good.
