Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff
  • •1-1/2 lbs ground beef
  • •1 tsp minced garlic
  • •1 cup medium-diced onion
  • •10 oz package mushrooms, quartered or 1 14 oz. can of bits and pieces mushrooms
  • •1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • •2 cups beef broth ( heated up to speed up pressure.)
  • •3 cups dry penne pasta
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper
  • •4 oz cream cheese, cut into small pieces at room temperature
  1. 1. Set your Instant pot on the saute setting. Brown the ground beef with the garlic and drain off the excess fat. Stir in the onions, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, penne pasta, salt and pepper. Give it a good stir
  2. 2. Place the lid on pressure cooker and lock in place. Pressure cook for 6 minutes on high. Release the pressure (QR) and remove the lid. Fold in cream cheese until melted..
