Slow Cooker Sausage, Bell Peppers & Onions
Ingredients
  • 16 to 20 ounces uncooked or cooked sausage
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 15 ounces diced or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • ⅓ cup low-sodium chicken broth (or water)
  • 1 tsp salt
  •  
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil of your choice (for pressure cooker)
