  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pear
  • ½ cup chopped, toasted walnuts
  • turbinado sugar, for topping
