Banana Zucchini Oatmeal Bars

  • ¼ cup flax meal, can sub chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium ripe banana, can sub ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
