Broken Glass Cake
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 pkg lime jello
  • 1 pkg cherry jello
  • 4 ¾ cups water
  • 1 envelope gelatin
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups whipped cream (½ cup sugar and 1tsp vanilla in it)
Steps
  1. Dissolve each pkg separately in 1½ cups of hot water and then chill.
  2. Cut jello in cubes ½ inches wide
  3. Dissolve plain gelatin in ¼ cup water and add 1 cup hot pineapple juice
  4. Cool, then fold gelatin/pineapple mixture into 2 cups of whipped cream
  5. Add jello squares
  6. Pour this into long baking dish or tube cake pan that has graham crackers crust (24 crackers, ½ cup sugar, 1 stick of butter)
  7. Use ½ of graham crackers on bottom of pan and the remainder on top.
  8. Place in refrigerator and chill at least 12 hours
