Boudin quesadillas w/ jalapeno ranch

What you see right here requires 2 links of whatever kind of boudin you like. If you buy it cold you will have to heat it up before you put it together. Get two big flour tortillas ( burrito size) and spread boudin on bottom tortilla after it is heated up. Then sprinkle pepper Jack cheese ( as much as you like ) on top of boudin then place the other tortilla on top and spread butter on it. Now heat up a non stick skillet low to medium and place butter side down. Let cook for 3 minutes and turn over for 3 minutes, then take out skillet and cut into 4 pieces and enjoy! Jalapeno Ranch dressing

¼ cup ranch dressing of choice, ¼ cup of milk, jalapenos, garlic powder and black pepper. Cut up jalapenos and add to ranch dressing w/ milk garlic powder and black pepper then stir and serve w/ quesadillas and enjoy!
