Pork Loin Filet
Pre-seasoned pork loin

Ingredients
  • 2 lb Pork Loin Filet
  • 2 to 3 med sweet potatoes
Steps
  1. Heat the pot using the sauté button to Hot. Spray with a little oil. Sauté the roast until brown on each side. Remove roast.
  2. Add 1.25 cups water and scrape up the brown bits. Return loin to the pot.
  3. Press cancel. Add sweet potatoes. Set pressure cook time to 15 minutes. Put lid on the pot and set to Seal. At end of cooking time do a NPR for 10 min.
  4. Release any remaining pressure. Remove lid and check the meat for doneness. Pork must register a minimum of 145 F. Add more cooking time if needed.
Notes
  • 05-07 to 2020 I accidentally did a 16 min npr. Meat was at 170 F. Very tender and moist. Potatoes done.

  • Using Smithfield Mesquite flavor pork loin filet. So good.

  • AF: cut in 2 and cook in preheated AF @380 for about 20 to 23 min. Check w instant read thermometer at 20 min. Be sure to turn meat midway into time.
