- ½ to 1 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup optional
- High-powered blender such as a Vitamix

- Fresh banana slices
- Fresh berries such as blueberries, raspberries, and/or sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons granola
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- Drizzle almond butter or peanut butter
