Ingredients
  • Kosher salt or sea salt
  • ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • ½ small red onion, very thinly sliced
  • Crushed red chilli flakes
  • 4 anchovy fillets in oil, drained
  • 2 tbs tomato paste
  • 400g can whole peeled tomatoes, crushed
  • 340g bucatini or spaghetti
  • Lots of grated parmesan cheese
