  • 2 cups rolled oats gluten free if needed
  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups plant based milk
  • 1 large ripe banana frozen or fresh
  • ½ cup peanut butter (natural, no sugar added) may sub other nut or seed butters
  • 2 tablespoon coconut sugar may sub cane or brown sugar
  • 2 flax eggs 2 tablespoon ground flax + 4 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅓ to ½ cup vegan mini chocolate chips
