Transitioning from 80% raw food to Whole Food Plant Based diet (WFPB) ***Cooking without oil and adapting my recipes accordingly***

400g plain (AP) flour, PLUS an additional 120g for kneading/rolling

6g fine salt (cheap stuff!)

40g oil (olive oil is great, but I used sunflower)

200g plain yoghurt (preferably Greek, if you have it)

75g cool tap water (as in, don't use the hot tap!)
