  • Almond meal or flour - 1 ⅓ cups
  • Arrowroot powder (Or you can skip this and substitute an additional ½ cup of almond meal) - ½ cup
  • Sweetener - 3 tablespoons
  • Unprocessed salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 2 large
