- ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder (35g) Dutch Processed
- 1 teaspoon Espresso Powder
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Boiling Water (60g)
- 185 g Corn Syrup or Glucose Syrup
- ¾ cup Powdered Sugar (95g) for the coating
- ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder (35g) for the coating
- 140 g Chocolate milk or dark
