Grilled veggies
Ingredients
  • Roasted Asparagus, Squash and/or zucchini or Corn on the Cob

  1. So just other things I'll eat are roasted asparagus, squash or zucchini. Especially love them with the seasonings I listed but there are plenty of good roasting/grilling seasonings. * Also corn on the cob in a husk is like $.25 a piece at my local Aldi's. So I just recently started getting these. I just leave them in the husk and put them on my oven rack for 30 mins on 375F. Just another cheap tasty veggie I over looked for awhile.
