  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups superfine blanched almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅔ teaspoon baking power
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup Lily's dark chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for sprinkling optional
