- 1 ½ Tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ¾ tsp sea salt or less/more to taste
- Black pepper to taste
