Ingredients
  • 3 pounds hamburger meat
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package dry French onion soup mix
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • plus ½ cup cheddar cheese
Steps
  1. Preheat over 375°. Brown hamburger meat, drain.  in a large bowl add all ingredients to bowl, except
  2. ½ cup of cheddar for topping.  Spread evenly over a baking sheet .  top with remaining cheese.  bake for 20 minutes.  allow to set for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
  • cut into square "burgers" and top with mustard and dill pickle chips
