chicken thighs IP simple
Ingredients
  • about 8 to 10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • about 3 to 4 cups green beans
  • 3 to 4 cups potatos cut into cubes
  • ⅓ cup reallemon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp nosalt salt alternative
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Basically, I put a tsp of butter in the bottom of the IP and turned it on saute. Once the butter melted, I threw the thighs in 3 at a time, browned them on both sides and stuck them on a plate. Once I browned all of them, I turned the IP off, dumped everything in and mixed it around. I set it on manual high pressure for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I did the quick release.
