Ingredients
  • ½ pound pork sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chiles, drained (I used 4 oz. fresh, roasted, seeded, chopped Anaheim Peppers)
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimento, drained (Used ¼ cup mini red & yellow peppers) about 3 to 4 peppers
  • ¼ cup green pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese ( can use more and use any kind of cheese you like)
