Noodles with Thai Basil, Lime, Coconut & Griddled Chicken
Ingredients
  • 200 g folded rice noodles
  • 25 g Thai basil
  • 10 g ginger, chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and roughly chopped
  • 30 g desiccated coconut

  • 1½ tsp fish sauce
  • 2½ tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 380 g Essential Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 200 g pack mange tout, sliced diagonally
