Apple, Brussels Sprouts & Sorghum Salad
Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed shaved Brussel sprouts
  • ½ green apple diced or julienned about ½ heaping cup
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt or to taste
  • Pepper to taste.
  • subheading: Sweet & Tangy Dressing:
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
