Healthy Peppermint Mocha
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of brewed strong coffee ( I use this coffee)
  • 1 TBSP  coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 TBSP grass-fed butter (I use Kerrygold) or ghee
  • 1 tsp of organic cocoa powder
  • peppermint stevia to taste - I use about 8 drops
  • and/or 1 drop of therapeutic grade peppermint essential oil (optional)
