Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs in Egg Bite Mold (Baby Food Mold) Instant Pot recipe by Laura B Behrendt
These are pretty good size meatballs. I was able to make 9 that were about the size of a extra large egg when you make them in the mold. They weigh just under ¼ lb each when cooked and drained.
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 T water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp dried Oregano or Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Ground Pepper
  • 4 Cheese Sticks cut into about 1 inch pieces or thirds (cheesesticks can come in different lengths)
