Pressure Cooker Carrots Oahu
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 can (20 ounce size) pineapple chunks, drained
Steps
  1. Place carrots, salt, butter, and pineapple juice in pressure cooker. Bring to full pressure and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Quick-release pressure. Add pineapple chunks and heat through.
