Keto Fried Pickles - Air Fryer, Stove Top, or Oven - Kicking Carbs
Once you try fried pickles keto style, you will find yourself hopelessly addicted. Briny pickles pair perfectly with Cajun seasoning and get a kick from cayenne pepper. If heat isn't your thing, you can skip the cayenne and Cajun seasoning and use smoked paprika instead. Either way - make sure you go easy on the salt. Both pickles and Parmesan cheese are salty enough on their own.
Ingredients
  • 16 ounces dill pickles I like bubbies
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper more or less to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste (see note)
  • Avocado Oil for brushing or frying
  • Keto Ranch Dressing for dipping
