No Bake Animal Cookie Bites

1 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp sweetener

1 egg

1 tbsp coconut flour

½ tsp baking powder

splash of vanilla

pinch of cinnamon

a few drops of red food coloring

1 oz cream cheese

white chocolate chips

butter or coconut oil

Mix everything except cream cheese until well combined.

Microwave for 60 seconds, and immediately crumble and mix with the cream cheese.

Form into balls and refrigerate.

Dip into melted white chocolate and melted white chocolate colored pink, top with some sprinkles (optional)
