  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 8 oz. smoked deli ham, chopped
  • ¾ cup (3 oz.) cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter, for the pan
  • 1 tsp dried chives or fresh chives (optional)
